Felix is extremely knowledgeable and kind. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase a particular product with him. He has a wide variety of diamonds available and is very patient in allowing a purchaser to look through many options. My name is Alex I picked up my ring 3 weeks ago. I came in after being at another ring shop in Langley that was high pressure high stress and when I met with Felix all that went out the window my experience was awesome, I let him know the diamond shape and setting I wanted and within a half hour we found the perfect stone and setting and had it being made. Felix was a awesome guy to work with. When it came to getting me a custom made engagement ring he got exactly what I wanted with super fast turn around. Also the price comparison to him VS others was almost half the price for a similar diamond.. I highly recommend him & DiamondNet.
