I was referred to this group by a few friends who were customers as well. Felix is a very approachable guy. He never pressured me to buy anything or up sell me. In fact when I wanted a platinum band he told me that I should perhaps consider white gold to keep the costs down. I ended up going with platinum anyway and he helped bring in a diamond for me from New York. Anytime I hit him up whether it's to do a plat stamp or to stop by he's never turned me down even though he's busy. He never said "no" to any of my requests and just always got the job done. From start to finish he answered so many of my questions. I had LOTS of questions. I just like that he's always made himself available and never made any of my requests seem like too much. The finished product was absolute stunning. My fiance loves the engagement ring. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The buying experience was incredible. I'm happy that there is life time servicing available for the ring - cleaning, polishing, resizing, ect. I will be back for wedding bands.

Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!

I got Felix's information from my brother whom just raved about this place. I really could understand why because he got a beautiful set of custom rings for his engagement/wedding. Seeing what he got, I knew I had to check it out when my time came. Few years later, with very little knowledge about diamonds I decided to go see Felix for my now, fiancé's engagement ring and wedding band. I can't say enough about how happy I was with this place. The entire process from start to finish was such a smooth process. I wasn't well versed on what it is that I was wanting to get and Felix walked me through the entire process and explained everything to me. The different choices that I could get and I ended up getting exactly what I had envisioned and Felix worked around my budget. My finance loves her ring so much and could not be any happier. Again, the service I was provided was impeccable. Felix took my vision and made me two beautiful custom rings while staying within my budget and in a very decent timeline. I think the best piece of advice I can offer anyone is if your debating on visiting diamond net, don't hesitate. You will by no means feel any pressure from them. Whether you end up purchasing from them or not they will still help you out and provide you with the information that your looking for. That to me is very important because a lot of places don't want to invest their time with you if you don't purchase something. Or they make you feel like you have to buy something. For 20 years married and 25 years together, I decided it was time to upgrade my spouse's diamond on her ring plus update the yellow gold stying for the engagement ring and the wedding band to platinum. Felix provided many diamond options to look at, which was very competitively priced compared to traditional jewelry stores in the mall. His advice on viewing and seeing various diamonds in the same light was very helpful. His inventory of loose diamonds was very impressive as there seemed to be a lot of options to choose from. Certified with the traditional levels of C's for whatever reason, do not always appear as brilliant in real life as others in the same certification category. I was able to pick a large brilliant diamond with a lot of fire and it surprised me what the C's stated on the certificate. I then described what I wanted in a setting plus an accompanying wedding band to which Felix created two matching custom pieces exactly as I had described. It was an amazing experience overall and service was impeccable. The diamond certificate and appraisal was included which was a bonus. I would recommend Felix to anyone looking for honest, competitive pricing with great advice and service.
