The entire process from start to finish was such a smooth process. I wasn't well versed on what it is that I was wanting to get and Felix walked me through the entire process and explained everything to me. The different choices that I could get and I ended up getting exactly what I had envisioned and Felix worked around my budget. My finance loves her ring so much and could not be any happier. Again, the service I was provided was impeccable. Felix took my vision and made me two beautiful custom rings while staying within my budget and in a very decent timeline. I think the best piece of advice I can offer anyone is if your debating on visiting diamond net, don't hesitate. You will by no means feel any pressure from them. Whether you end up purchasing from them or not they will still help you out and provide you with the information that your looking for. That to me is very important because a lot of places don't want to invest their time with you if you don't purchase something. Or they make you feel like you have to buy something. I would love to give Felix a huge shout out, he is so patient and kind and made us feel at ease the whole time while we chose our perfect ring. After we chose the perfect diamond we showed him the design we wanted and he was able to get it done within a week!
