Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. Not going to lie, we were difficult customers looking for a very specific diamond for my engagement ring. Felix helped us seamlessly through the process and was very accommodating. Felix is amazing and was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking stones and settings and guiding what looks the best/size on finger! He has a large variety of diamonds which helps the process to see different shapes on hand. We never felt pressured to buy anything and the turnaround time for the finished product was SOO QUICK!
