For 20 years married and 25 years together, I decided it was time to upgrade my spouse's diamond on her ring plus update the yellow gold stying for the engagement ring and the wedding band to platinum. Felix provided many diamond options to look at, which was very competitively priced compared to traditional jewelry stores in the mall. His advice on viewing and seeing various diamonds in the same light was very helpful. His inventory of loose diamonds was very impressive as there seemed to be a lot of options to choose from. Certified with the traditional levels of C's for whatever reason, do not always appear as brilliant in real life as others in the same certification category. I was able to pick a large brilliant diamond with a lot of fire and it surprised me what the C's stated on the certificate. I then described what I wanted in a setting plus an accompanying wedding band to which Felix created two matching custom pieces exactly as I had described. It was an amazing experience overall and service was impeccable. The diamond certificate and appraisal was included which was a bonus. Amazing dealer. I was dealing with Felix and he was pretty good he helped me in my budget. he showed me a different diamond then I found a better one and he gave me the diamond I wanted and in my budget. he was really understanding and great to work with. I shopped around at other places but when it came down the price Felix gave me was better. He's good at what he does. I highly recommend him.
