I was referred to this group by a few friends who were customers as well. Felix is a very approachable guy. He never pressured me to buy anything or up sell me. In fact when I wanted a platinum band he told me that I should perhaps consider white gold to keep the costs down. I ended up going with platinum anyway and he helped bring in a diamond for me from New York. Anytime I hit him up whether it's to do a plat stamp or to stop by he's never turned me down even though he's busy. He never said "no" to any of my requests and just always got the job done. From start to finish he answered so many of my questions. I had LOTS of questions. I just like that he's always made himself available and never made any of my requests seem like too much. The finished product was absolute stunning. My fiance loves the engagement ring. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The buying experience was incredible. I'm happy that there is life time servicing available for the ring - cleaning, polishing, resizing, ect. I will be back for wedding bands.

I knew I wanted to get a Custom Engagement Ring for my (now Fiancé), which I had envisioned after searching many designs over the past few months. I was always intimidated of buying an engagement ring. I went to Felix. Got a absolutely stunning ring at a an amazing price. He's very honest, flexible and helpful. The first time I met Felix in 2018, I bought an engagement ring from him. I guarantee that you get the most reasonable price for high-quality diamonds, and trust me, I searched not only the stores in Vancouver but also for other countries. For our wedding, we searched for two months, and my last stop was DiamondNet, where I again found what i was looking for. A gorgeous diamond necklace that I could never find anywhere else for such a reasonable price. Lastly, if you're looking for a private jewelery store with white gloves service, regardless of your budget, you've found it.
