Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). Felix was amazing! He was the only one who was able to source my 5ct diamond and create the exact ring I was looking for! He responds quickly and does not give you any pressure. Highly recommend! Will be back for our wedding bands :)
