Felix made my ring dreams come true! My husband wanted to get me a new wedding set for our 15th anniversary. I wanted something custom made, oval 2+ carat, hidden halo, very thin, diamond covered band, and nothing on the market was what I was looking for. Felix custom made the most beautiful ring of my dreams!! I knew it was going to be gorgeous, but WOW it was even better than I had imagined! We shopped around to other name brand jewellery stores closer to our home so I could have an idea of what I wanted. Upon looking, the jewellery stores gave us prices. Diamond Net was priced wayyyyy better than competitors as you are buying direct from the wholesaler. It was so easy to book my appointment online and I went the next day! I spent about 45 minutes with Felix designing and going over the details and I wasn’t rushed or pressured. We are beyond thrilled with our purchase and the compliments I receive on my ring every day are a testament to the beautiful custom work well done ????

I got Felix's information from my brother whom just raved about this place. I really could understand why because he got a beautiful set of custom rings for his engagement/wedding. Seeing what he got, I knew I had to check it out when my time came. Few years later, with very little knowledge about diamonds I decided to go see Felix for my now, fiancé's engagement ring and wedding band. I can't say enough about how happy I was with this place. The entire process from start to finish was such a smooth process. I wasn't well versed on what it is that I was wanting to get and Felix walked me through the entire process and explained everything to me. The different choices that I could get and I ended up getting exactly what I had envisioned and Felix worked around my budget. My finance loves her ring so much and could not be any happier. Again, the service I was provided was impeccable. Felix took my vision and made me two beautiful custom rings while staying within my budget and in a very decent timeline. I think the best piece of advice I can offer anyone is if your debating on visiting diamond net, don't hesitate. You will by no means feel any pressure from them. Whether you end up purchasing from them or not they will still help you out and provide you with the information that your looking for. That to me is very important because a lot of places don't want to invest their time with you if you don't purchase something. Or they make you feel like you have to buy something. We would like to give a shout-out and a huge THANK YOU to Felix for helping us get our perfect ring. Felix was super sweet and patient with us from the beginning start to end. To start, we were unsure and indecisive on what exactly we wanted (shape, carat, colour, cut) and Felix took his time to explain every little diamond detail to us. When we started to look into loose diamonds, he took his time to carefully give us his professional feedback on each diamond and we found that super helpful. After deciding which diamond was the best for us, Felix helped us customize our ring design and we couldn’t be any more happier. The result and final touch was spectacular! The ring was PERFECT and exactly like how we imagined it to be. We were so amazed and we definitely will be recommending Diamond Net & Felix to our family and friends.
