Felix played a special role in planning for my surprised proposal. It all started with 'the' RING! I sat in his office, we discussed on what my now Fiancé likes and step by step concluded on a beautiful diamond, ring setting and style. Never I felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He is very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. My Fiancé was astonished when she saw the ROCK! I told Felix I will be back for the wedding band, which I now have in my possession, and yes it is also a Work Of Art. BRAVO!

Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). Felix made my ring dreams come true! My husband wanted to get me a new wedding set for our 15th anniversary. I wanted something custom made, oval 2+ carat, hidden halo, very thin, diamond covered band, and nothing on the market was what I was looking for. Felix custom made the most beautiful ring of my dreams!! I knew it was going to be gorgeous, but WOW it was even better than I had imagined! We shopped around to other name brand jewellery stores closer to our home so I could have an idea of what I wanted. Upon looking, the jewellery stores gave us prices. Diamond Net was priced wayyyyy better than competitors as you are buying direct from the wholesaler. It was so easy to book my appointment online and I went the next day! I spent about 45 minutes with Felix designing and going over the details and I wasn’t rushed or pressured. We are beyond thrilled with our purchase and the compliments I receive on my ring every day are a testament to the beautiful custom work well done ????
