Many people will claim that they are diamond "wholesalers" but Felix is actually the real deal and his prices are the best in Vancouver. We shopped around a lot, many people are actually diamond brokers instead of wholesalers, there is a huge difference between the two. I can say with great confidence we received the best customer service and price from Felix. Not only is he honest but he doesn't try to pressure you into anything as seen from other people in the lower mainland. The quality of the product is also amazing. My engagement ring is to die for. Not going to lie, we were difficult customers looking for a very specific diamond for my engagement ring. Felix helped us seamlessly through the process and was very accommodating. Not once did he complain or give up. Costumer service was so genuine that we reffered someone even before I got my ring back!!

Amazing dealer. I was dealing with Felix and he was pretty good he helped me in my budget. he showed me a different diamond then I found a better one and he gave me the diamond I wanted and in my budget. he was really understanding and great to work with. I shopped around at other places but when it came down the price Felix gave me was better. He's good at what he does. I highly recommend him.
