Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). Amazing dealer. I was dealing with Felix and he was pretty good he helped me in my budget. he showed me a different diamond then I found a better one and he gave me the diamond I wanted and in my budget. he was really understanding and great to work with. I shopped around at other places but when it came down the price Felix gave me was better. He's good at what he does. I highly recommend him.
