My name is Alex I picked up my ring 3 weeks ago. I came in after being at another ring shop in Langley that was high pressure high stress and when I met with Felix all that went out the window my experience was awesome, I let him know the diamond shape and setting I wanted and within a half hour we found the perfect stone and setting and had it being made. Felix was great to work with. He described the different types of diamonds and was able to show us quite a few options within our budget. He is very honest, professional and helpful. My engagement ring looks exactly how I envisioned it. I was also very happy to hear that my ring was ready within 2 weeks! Felix was amazing! He was the only one who was able to source my 5ct diamond and create the exact ring I was looking for! He responds quickly and does not give you any pressure. Highly recommend! Will be back for our wedding bands :)
