I knew I wanted to get a Custom Engagement Ring for my (now Fiancée), which I had envisioned after searching many designs over the past few months. Not going to lie, we were difficult customers looking for a very specific diamond for my engagement ring. Felix helped us seamlessly through the process and was very accommodating. Not once did he complain or give up. Costumer service was so genuine that we reffered someone even before I got my ring back!!
