Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). Highly recommend Felix at Diamond Net! I met Felix not even a year ago and he helped me find the perfect engagement ring for my wife within a few weeks.
