Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). I knew I wanted to get a Custom Engagement Ring for my (now Fiancée), which I had envisioned after searching many designs over the past few months. Felix made my ring dreams come true! My husband wanted to get me a new wedding set for our 15th anniversary. I wanted something custom made, oval 2+ carat, hidden halo, very thin, diamond covered band, and nothing on the market was what I was looking for. Felix custom made the most beautiful ring of my dreams!! I knew it was going to be gorgeous, but WOW it was even better than I had imagined! We shopped around to other name brand jewellery stores closer to our home so I could have an idea of what I wanted. Upon looking, the jewellery stores gave us prices. Diamond Net was priced wayyyyy better than competitors as you are buying direct from the wholesaler. It was so easy to book my appointment online and I went the next day! I spent about 45 minutes with Felix designing and going over the details and I wasn’t rushed or pressured.
