After deciding which diamond was the best for us, Felix helped us customize our ring design and we couldn’t be any more happier. The result and final touch was spectacular! Customer service is top notch. In COVID times I was extremely reluctant to visit in person, which led to nearly the entire purchase and customization process being handled over email and phone. When I did visit to pick it up, Felix was professional and ensured my needs were taken care of as soon as they came up: This included multiple re-sizings of the engagement ring for my finacee. I strongly recommend Felix for his service and professionalism!

Felix has incredible patience. I saw him for 6 months, explaining what I wanted and he created such a beautiful ring for me. He is honest and has quality product.
