I was recommended by a colleague to go to DiamondNet and ask for Felix. The experience was so positive and easy going! Felix was great in explaining the different types of diamonds and rings, and was able to present to me different options within my budget. I highly recommend this place when it comes to purchasing an engagement ring - furthermore, the turnaround to get your ring designed and finished does not take longer than 2-3 weeks. Felix was great from the start. Timely and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I had. He knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to bring to life exactly what I had envisioned. It was even better than I expected. Very fast turn around time, and Covid friendly.

Felix was so incredibly professional, clear and always listening to what your asking for. He didn't beat around the bush and at no point did I feel like he was going to upsell me. He stayed within the budget I gave him and was VERY knowledgeable about his product, he managed my expectations of what I was looking for and gave me the perfect amount of options (not too many to be overwhelmed with). I will from now on be going to Felix for ALL my diamond needs. Thank you Felix!
